Mum is doing really well. I cannot believe her fitness level. We walked for miles today and I can’t remember the last time she walked that far. She is also more hands on with the kids as she has more energy, she keeps pretending to be an alien and chases them round the house with them screaming!!!

I think she is going to find the food bit harder as it’s a big part of all of our lives, but we will all change if it means it helps her………..

Thank you for looking after my mum and getting her back fit again, (well, fit enough to keep up with me in the shops, anyway)!
